Immersion Coil Heat Exchangers are manufactured from small-diameter, flexible fluoropolymer tubes braided into coil assemblies. The coils can be configured for installation in a wide range of tank geometries. Spacers are used to maintain separation between the braided tube runs, promoting consistent fluid contact and improved thermal performance. Unlike some immersion coils manufactured from lower-grade materials, Niche tubing is produced from high-quality FEP, PFA or proprietary Q-Series fluoropolymer resins. As the original manufacturer of fluoropolymer heat exchangers, Niche applies stringent quality specifications and has extensive experience in addressing scaling, fouling and corrosion challenges in demanding process environments.
Niche heat exchangers incorporate braided tube bundles and fused end constructions designed to maximise heat-transfer area within a compact footprint. This enables installation in a wide variety of tank configurations while supporting efficient thermal performance. Niche’s proprietary honeycomb construction is engineered to provide long service life and minimise the risk of leakage or thermo-mechanical failure.
