Product Description
Niche Minicoil Fluoropolymer Heat Exchangers are primarily used in small metal-finishing baths, small production tanks and laboratory baths where corrosion resistance is required.
Fluoropolymers provide excellent chemical inertness and low surface adhesion, helping to reduce corrosion, fouling and scale formation. Their high electrical resistance also helps minimise the risk of short circuits and stray electrical currents in plating bath applications.
Tubing can be specified in a range of fluoropolymer resins to suit the process chemistry. For electroless nickel applications, Niche offers Q-Series tubing in a protective polypropylene or PTFE frame. For chrome and other plating applications, FEP tubing is available in a protective CPVC or PTFE frame.
