The Vacree helium compressor is a core component in closed cycle cryopump and cryocooler systems. It supplies high-purity helium gas, typically at a purity of >99.999%, at the required pressure and flow rate to the cold head or cryopump.
The helium circulates continuously between the compressor and refrigeration unit, enabling stable low-temperature operation without the routine consumption of liquid cryogens.
Designed for straightforward installation and operation, the compressor is fitted with castors for easier positioning and quick-connect interfaces for power, helium lines and cooling water. It can also be used as an independent helium circulation unit for applications requiring a clean, high-purity helium gas supply, such as single-crystal growth furnaces and other specialist vacuum or cryogenic equipment.
