Product Description
The Vacree pressure relief valve is designed for use in vacuum chambers and controlled vacuum environments where protection against positive pressure excursions is required. When the internal chamber pressure exceeds atmospheric pressure, the valve automatically opens to relieve excess pressure, helping to maintain the chamber close to atmospheric pressure and reduce the risk of damage to sensitive components such as observation windows. The valve is reusable and rated for more than three million pressure-relief cycles. With a leakage rate of 10-10 Pa·m3·s-1, it also supports ultra-high vacuum conditions of 10-6 Pa or above within the equipment chamber when required.
