Product Description
The helium pipeline provides a clean, leak-tight gas connection between the helium compressor and the cryopump or cryocooler. It transfers high-purity helium between the compressor and cold head as part of the closed-cycle refrigeration circuit, helping to maintain stable system pressure, flow and refrigeration performance. It can also be used as a dedicated helium supply and return line in process equipment such as physical vapour deposition (PVD) systems and ion implanters.
The assembly is typically manufactured from cleaned stainless steel rigid pipework and flexible metal hoses to support high cleanliness, low helium permeation and reliable operation in vacuum and cryogenic environments. Self-sealing quick-connect couplings enable straightforward installation, removal and maintenance while helping to minimise helium loss and preserve line integrity during connection and disconnection.
