The R500 Series immersion-style heat exchangers are sized and configured for installation directly into process reactors, with suitability for crystallisation applications. Niche Reactor Coil Heat Exchangers are designed to be immersed in the process vessel and deliver optimum performance when the process solution is agitated. During agitation, the flexible coil tubes move within the fluid, helping to minimise fouling and dislodge crystal deposits that may form on the heat-transfer surface. This design improves heat-transfer efficiency, supports consistent process performance and helps extend the operational service life of the heat exchanger.
